Everything under "Coming soon" is waiting on someone else's approval, so we're not putting dates on it. When approval clears, the feature simply switches on inside your account, at no extra charge.

Social Planner is open for the calendar, captions and downloads. Posting straight to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube needs approval from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) first. That review is in progress. Until it clears, Aura posts nothing for you.

The clinical track is coming soon
Health-privacy protections (called HIPAA in the US), the privacy agreement Aura signs with medical studios, and medical charting open once that paperwork is signed. Treatment records for beauty services (face maps, treatment notes, before and after photos and consent signatures) are already part of Core for estheticians, lash and brow artists, nail and hair studios. Medical records, diagnoses and prescriptions belong in HIPAA mode, which opens when the health-privacy paperwork is signed.

Text messages to clients
Texts your clients send to your Aura phone number already arrive and are saved to their record. Sending texts back is the half that's waiting: carriers require every business to register before it can send, and that registration is in progress.
