About the AI Front Desk
It answers your phone, reads your live calendar, and books the appointment while the client is still on the call. Every call is transcribed and filed on that client’s record.
It is $49 a month with 50 minutes of talk time. Your phone number is part of that price, not a line item on top of it.
Your 50 minutes start over at the beginning of each billing month. Need more before then? Add a 50-minute block for $50 any time, right from your account. Minutes you buy never expire and are only used once the month’s 50 are gone.
About the Website add-on
Aura builds a full website for your studio: a home page, your story, your services at your real prices, and a way to reach you. It is drafted from the details already in your account, so nothing is invented and nothing is out of date. Change any section, add pages, publish when you are ready.
On the monthly rate it lives on your Aura address. The yearly rate includes a standard domain for the first year, registered in your name, so your site and your booking page live on your own address. Your booking page keeps working at /book on that same address.
It is $19 a month, or $98 a year. You pick the cycle when you add it. Later years on that domain are priced as usual. You can build and preview the whole site before you decide.
The Search add-on is $19 a month. It unlocks the Get Found on Google tools and a blog on your website. A wizard drafts each post from your real services, ten new posts a month. Attach the blog and it uses the same header and footer as the rest of your site.
About the Booth & Chair Rental Suite
Rent out stations and turn empty salon space into steady monthly income. Aura collects weekly or monthly chair rent on autopay through your own Stripe account, so it lands in your bank without paper checks or reminder texts.
Every renter gets a Stylist Portal on their phone, with their own schedule, their own client list, their rent receipts and one-tap rebooking (+4, +6, +8 weeks). They agree to their station terms online before any card is saved.
