We would rather say so here than surprise you.

Upload your certificate
A phone photo of your diploma, certificate of completion or new license is fine. Or the school's PDF. It takes a minute, and there is no account to make first.
A person checks it
Someone on the Aura team reads every application, usually within one business day. If anything is hard to read we ask rather than guess. Nobody else sees the document.
Open your account with the link we send
Approval comes by email with a one-time link. Open it, pick a password, and your 3 free months start that day, counted from when you open the account, not from when you applied.

What counts as a certificate?
A diploma, a certificate of completion, or your new state license, from a cosmetology, esthetics, nail, lash and brow, barbering, makeup, massage or medical aesthetics program. A clear photo is enough. If your school only gave you a letter, send that and tell us in the note.
I graduate next month. Can I apply now?
Apply once you have the certificate in hand. Applications are tied to the document, and the free months only start when you open the account, so there is nothing to gain by applying early.
Do I need a card?
No. The 3 months run without one. If you add a card during that time, the first charge waits until the free months are over.
What happens after the free months?
Core is $49 a month after that, and you can cancel any time before then and owe nothing. Your booking page and client list stay yours to export either way.
Can I add the website or the phone line during the free months?
Yes. Core is the plan, and everything else is an add-on you switch on when you want it. The add-ons are paid from the day you add them; the plan itself stays free for the 3 months.
Who sees my certificate?
Only the Aura team, only to check it. It is never shared, sold or used for anything else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by replying to any of our emails.
