Yes, and here is exactly how it works so there are no surprises. Export a CSV of your clients from whatever you use today, then either upload it yourself in Settings under Your data, or email it to us and we will load it in for you at no extra cost. We match on email address, then on phone number, so anyone already in your account is filled in rather than duplicated. Names, emails, phone numbers, notes and tags come across, and any column we do not recognise is kept on that client's notes rather than thrown away. Your old bookings stay where they are: we do not import appointment history, and your calendar in Aura starts from the day you switch.
