When you log in, we use strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to secure your session (for example authentication tokens managed by our identity provider). These are required for the app to function and can't be switched off from within the product.
3. Analytics on the public site
On our public marketing pages (the site you're reading before logging in), we use an analytics script operated by Zelus Labs, the company that makes Aura. It is not a third-party ad network. The script is served from our own platform, currently at zelus-labs-ai-app-builder.onrender.com, and what it measures is sent to that same address. It records anonymized page views, referrers, and on-page interactions to help us improve the site.
This script is not loaded inside your authenticated workspace, has no access to any client or patient records, and is not used for third-party advertising or data resale. You can block it with any standard tracker-blocking browser or extension, and our cookie banner lets you decline non-essential analytics.
4. What we don't do
We do not run third-party advertising cookies or marketing/tracking beacons inside your authenticated workspace. That environment is reserved for your data and your clients' data only. We do not sell or lease data gathered through cookies.
5. Managing cookies
